Sign the Petition: Stop Governor Baker's Locker Room Bill

DEFEND MY PRIVACY: Governor Baker thinks it’s wrong to have locker rooms and bathrooms that are sex-specific.

Tell Gov. Baker - No Locker Room BillMassachusetts proposed Locker Room Bill is a top priority for Governor Baker, which would force all facilities open to the public to allow persons, regardless of biological sex, access to all bathrooms, showers, and changing areas. This bill ignores the safety and privacy rights of teenage girls while mandating that they share a locker room with teenage boys.

If Governor Baker signs this bill:

  • All public schools and fitness clubs would be forced to allow men and boys into the women and girl’s locker room if they claim to be a female.
  • All schools, businesses, and public places would be forced to allow biological men into all women’s facilities, including public restrooms, restrooms at your workplace, school locker rooms, dressing rooms, and showers.
  • No exceptions – This locker room bill would apply to religious entities that are open to the public, like Sunday morning church services, bathrooms in religious schools, Christian camps, daycare centers and women’s shelters.

If you want to protect your privacy rights in locker rooms and bathrooms throughout Massachusetts, sign our petition and tell your State Representative and State Senator NO to Governor Baker’s Bathroom Bills.

Will you sign?
